Feedback:Sajawal, Surjani band (Embankment) 70 miles from Karachi

Anti-fungal creams (Ketoconazole), steroid creams and antibiotic eye ointments are desperately required all over, even in Sindh. Although IV fluids were not needed, diarheaa was a growing problem. Malaria too was rampant and there was a desperate need for tetanus shot and foot wear for children.  Some further medicines are mentioned below:



1.       Multivitamins for adults
2.       Multivitamins for children
3.       Folic acid and calcium tablets for women
4.       Ciproflox syrup
5.       Amoxicillin syrup
6.       Scabion lotion
7.       Polyfax

These are some of the pictures taken on a trip to Sajawal, 2 hours about 70 miles from Karachi. They were on the embankment of Surjani most of the time, and they had 3 OPDs. the first OPD was at the army camp, and the second and third were mobile OPDs, our last stop being the one where supplies were given away. The river's level was rising, and the embankemt was weak in one area which the army tried to strengthen,however there was a breach in it this morning
